All PLs have specialty roles that are assigned by the PD prior to departure (social media specialist, programmer, sports coordinator, etc.). Minimum age of 21 by July 1, 2025.

The lifeguard is responsible for lifeguarding during all water activities and overseeing the safety of all participants while in or around water. Additional compensation is offered to staff (PD or PL/RA) who are lifeguards.
